• 24時には眠れる状況に自分をしておく。0:30までに必ず睡眠。朝は8時までは必ず寝る。
• 自動車運転中は怒りやすくなることを理解してもらう。お互いに車を出たら忘れる。ちなつにできる限り運転してもらう。

- モデルを2ヶ月前までに作成
- 過去の資料を参考にしながら進める
- 先輩にアドバイスを求める
②上司の作業のバックアップ
③市場のアップデート
- 商社に関して質問に答えられるようにする。各社鉄鉱石/原料炭の営業利益インパクト、自動車影響、エネルギーミックス、特殊要因、配当方針など。
・外資不動産ファンド/デベロッパー/商社への転職
①宅建(合格済み)、不動産証券化マスター資格の取得。
②英語力の底上げ。

3年5ヶ月勤務後、純資産1500万目標。そして20代のうちの純資産2000万を計画。
